In July we sadly lost Kevin to prostate cancer after a very short battle, he was 61 . He was my father in law , Husband to Denise and Dad to Dave and Daniel.

Cancer charities have taken a back step in this pandemic and I want to march the month and complete 11,0000 steps a day throughout September to raise money.

Prostate cancer is now the most commonly diagnosed cancer in the UK and each year more than 11,000 men die from the disease. Given the statistics, I'm scrapping the 10,000 step challenge and instead walking 11,000 steps a day throughout the month of September. The impact of the coronavirus crisis means that life-saving research is at risk. Men have never needed your support more to protect research into better tests and treatments to stop prostate cancer being a killer.
